Our Community Center
Experience the quiet atmosphere and charm of our mid-century modern building in the seaside city of Beverly, Massachusetts. Located 2 miles off of Route 128, thirty minutes north of Boston, and minutes from the ocean, we are the ideal setting for your social and business functions. Our building is open year round, is handicap accessible and now fully air conditioned!

Rental Rates
- Member’s Rate
For members with a membership for more than 6 months. - Full Fee due to reserve.
$500 Security fee due upon key pickup. - $450 per day -does NOT include setup, breakdown or cleaning)
- Non-Member’s Rate
For non-members & members with less than 6 months membership. - Full Fee due to reserve.
$500 Security fee due upon key pickup. - $650 per day – does NOT include setup, breakdown or cleaning)
Liquor license must be obtained if liquor is being dispensed or consumed. A copy of license must be given to BCIA representative one week before the event and one copy displayed prominently at the function
